Abstract:
The principle of "averageness", as a description of the state of the dynamic state of economic systems is for the first time examined by authors through substantiation of criterion of choice of facts. Such choice is directly related to research of problems of economic development based on intellectual property, and coincides with search of basic constants and variable parameter of systems already operating within the economic systems. It is asserted that the real factor of averageness of economic systems is a notion of power, combining both the properties of the production capacity to create values and consumption by economic systems of already established values.
