Abstract: The increase in the relative importance of non-tariff measures has increased awareness of the various deficiencies in existing NTM data collections. This paper reviews various approaches to measure and quantify NTMs within the context of the existing data collections. It provides a landscape of NTM incidence for selected countries and for selected product categories.
