Abstract:
One of the most important roles of a company’s management is to forecast the future economic conditions in which the company will develop its activity. Based on these forecasts and taking into account the economic, technical and competitive environments, the management establishes the position of future activities. Therefore, the financial forecasted previsions stimulate the results expected by the management. The working capital management involves on one hand the management of the current assets (stocks, debts, short term investments, liquidities ) and on the other hand the management of the current passives (debts to suppliers, employees, banks, state budget), activities which take up the financial management’s time.
