Abstract: The factors of forming of investment climate of country and industries of economy are considered in the article. The dynamics of the investment attractiveness of Ukraine is analysed. The necessity of foreign investment in the economy at the present stage of its development. The main obstacles for foreign investment in Ukraine are studied, and the ways of attracting foreign investment into the country are considered and the main features to improve the investment climate in Ukraine.
