Abstract: Yoga culture and the traditional ecological concept of Bai nationality in Dali have many connections in terms of basic cognition of natural things, the handling of the relationship between man and nature, and the philosophical thinking about the relationship between man and nature. Exploring the correlation between the two is conducive to finding cultural commonalities, promoting intercultural exchanges, and at the same time providing reference for human physical and mental health and healthy social development in the post-epidemic era.
