INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE "CONSTRUCTION ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND REAL PROPERTY", 2022, issue 1, 71-78

Abstract: The research is focused on specific legal regimes and construction admissibility influenced by co-ownership or restrictive measures depending on the territory and land use such as protected areas and agricultural land. Attention is paid to the constructions of national projects and those in national heritage objects. The current legislation is followed and the differences from the general legal regulation are highlighted. Key issues related to the scope of the considered regimes and their resolution in current judicial practice are mentioned and discussed.
