Abstract: Ein Nachtfahrverbot für Schwerfahrzeuge ohne besondere Lärmdämmung soll ab 1. Dezember 1989 die Lärmbelastung für die Anrainer von Transitstraßen verringern. Diese Maßnahme zwingt nicht nur die ausländischen Frächter zu Umstellungen, auch die heimische Wirtschaft muß Fuhrpark und Lieferdispositionen der neuen Situation anpassen.
