Abstract:
Providing quality medical services requires formation of a managerial culture in the domain of health. The quality medical services are reflected in the satisfaction of the patients and represent a complex combination of needs, expectations and experience regarding the health care. Creating and implementing the quality management in the health system in Romania requires not only theoretical knowledge, but also practices that have to be formulated and implemented in order to take into account the previous mentality and experience of the ones involved directly or indirectly in this domain.
