Abstract: This study aims to explore the relationship between leadership styles, psychological safety, and innovation by conducting a bibliometric analysis of existing literature. The research seeks to identify key trends, knowledge gaps, and the impact of leadership behavior on fostering trust and innovation within organizations. A bibliometric review was conducted using 48 articles sourced from the SCOPUS database. The analysis was performed utilizing the VOSviewer software and the PRISMA method to systematically identify relevant literature and assess thematic relationships among leadership, psychological safety, and innovation. The findings indicate that leadership behavior plays a significant role in fostering psychological safety, which in turn enhances innovation within organizations. However, a gap in the literature was identified regarding the mechanisms through which leadership sustains psychological safety and facilitates innovation over time. This study underscores the critical role of leadership in shaping an organizational climate that supports psychological safety and innovation. Addressing the existing research gap will provide deeper insights into effective leadership practices that enhance innovative capabilities. The findings suggest the need for leadership development programs that equip leaders with the necessary skills to cultivate psychologically safe work environments, thereby maximizing organizational innovation potential. These insights offer valuable guidance for both researchers and practitioners in the leadership and organizational development fields.
