Abstract:
The value making process at the level of enterprise can by influenced by the distribution of material resources and logistics. Focus on logistics can significantly improve the efficiency of processes, decrease operating expenditures and as a result improve margins and cash flows. Altogether can result in higher enterprise value and shareholders’ satisfaction.
