Abstract:
In the context of forming global economy, for all countries regardless of their economic development the establishment of the national innovative system is becoming very important. This system has to secure the competitiveness of these countries, and to define their place in the worldwide economy. In this article the authors examine the history of formation and development of different innovative systems, analyze factors that influence the formation; give characteristics to different innovative systems that have been already formed in different countries.
