Abstract: The paper by Dr. M. Fahim Khan has truly been a genuine attempt to combine mathematical formulation and computer simulation of a purely behavioral model. Nevertheless, the basic mathematical axioms of the model, which the author has derived on purely intuitive grounds, do not seem consistent with the object of the analysis. --
