Abstract: -- فلما صدر الأمر السلطاني إلى مدينة دمشق الشام ومحروسة حلب بتراجع سعر أنواع النقود الرائجة من الفضة والذهب، وكثُرت وقائع الناس في البيوع والمعاملات، واضطربت مسائلهم في سائر العقود والصناعات، واختلفت الفتوى لاختلاف هذه الوقائع، ولم يُغن كنز الدقائق عن بدائع الصنائع، وكان مُعظمُها من حيث تكرار السؤال وتسبب الإيراد والإشكال مسألة ما إذا باع بالقروش المتعارفة قبل ورود الأمر السلطاني، ولم يقبض الثمن حتى ورد الأمر، هل للبائع طلب المسمى من القروش أو ما يعدله من أي نوع كان من النقود الرائجة، ذهبًا أو فضة؟
