Abstract: يقع كتاب زكاة الدين للدكتور صالح بن عثمان الهليل في مائة وسبعين صفحة، ويتضمن سبعة مباحث وتمهيد وخاتمة وعدد من الفهارس. وهو يهدف إلى اختيار وترجيح رأي من الآراء الفقهية المتعددة في المسائل المتعلقة بزكاة الديون مثل :زكاة الدين المرجو الأداء، وزكاة الدين غير المرجــو الأداء، ومدى تأثر زكاة الدين بتأجيله، وزكاة الصداق ( المهر)، وزكاة الدين الساقط عن المدين، وزكاة ما يلحق الدين من أموال :كالمغصوب والمسروق والضائع والمدفون والضال. كما يهدف الكتاب إلى معالجة بعض القضايا المستجدة المتعلقة بزكاة الديون مثل السندات التي تصدرها الدول المعاصرة أو الشركات المساهمة بقصد الاقتراض من الناس بفائدة ربوية ثابتة.
