Abstract:
New research indicates that disruption of renal bioenergetics during acute kidney injury (AKI) development is a notable pathophysiologic event, and bioenergetic failure caused by pyruvate depletion is a key mechanism underlying AKI. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of DiNP on renal energy transduction.
