Abstract:
This work aims to prepare the promising responsive terpolymer nanoparticles for targeting and sustained release of natural therapeutic Curcumin (Curm) and/or active agents Donepezil hydrochloride (DH). N-isopropyl acrylamide - 2 (dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate – butyl methacrylate (B5) and N-isopropyl acrylamide - 2 (dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate – styrene (S5) terpolymers were successfully synthesized and characterized by spectral analysis.
