Abstract: Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a rare, non-infectious, autoinflammatory neutrophilic, rapidly progressive, ulcerative skin disease that is not easily diagnosed. The article presents one case and summarizes the knowledge about pyoderma gangrenosum.
