Abstract: The RT-PCR is the gold standard for diagnosing COVID-19 infection. However, this method is time-consuming and requires sophisticated laboratory equipment. To overcome these limitations, rapid diagnostic tests (RDTs) have been developed to provide a quick and accurate diagnosis of COVID-19 infection. In this study, we evaluated the performance of an RDT kit Standard Q COVID-19 Ag assay (SD Biosensor®, Republic of Korea) in comparison with a real-time RT-PCR assay.
