Abstract: Pneumonia is an inflammation of the lung parenchyma mainly due to an infectious process, Acute lower respiratory tract infections, represent one of the main causes of morbidity and mortality in the pediatric population worldwide, so its diagnosis is of great importance for the treatment of patients; In recent years there is increasing evidence of the usefulness of ultrasound and chest radiography in the management of patients with pulmonary processes, among which pneumonia stands out.
