Abstract: Omega-3 fatty acids, which are considered essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, are known to play an important role in human health by influencing cardiovascular and renal inflammation Omega-3 fatty acids come from sources species, including plants and animals. These varieties provide a variety of options for incorporating this important nutrient into the diet.
