Abstract: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) remains a significant global health challenge. Traditional African medicinal practices endorse Persea americana (avocado) leaf extracts to mitigate acetaminophen-induced kidney damage. This study aimed to explore the effects of avocado leaf extracts on renal function tests in male Wistar rats with acetaminophen-induced testicular injury and assess their potential therapeutic relevance in CKD management.
