Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide, with limited treatment options and poor prognosis. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) with clinical and omics data provides transform- ative potential to design a drug that could improve patient outcomes and clinical trials in HCC. AI has emerged as a powerful tool in predicting drug responses, identifying biomarkers, and optimizing treatment strategies by using advanced techniques such as single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), spatial transcriptomics, and pro- teomics.
