Abstract: Tnations as either developed or underdeveloped since the conclusion of second world he study explores the concept of development communication, which has categorized war. Communication was utilized as a tool for development in both theoretical discussions and practical applications. These concepts have undergone development. However, the notion that individuals may be influenced to modify their behavior in order to imitate the practices of Western industrialized nations continues to persist in the mindset of "development" agents. The paper promotes a methodology in which genuine discourse is included into the process of growth. True dialogue in this perspective is simultaneously dialectical and dialogical, allowing for the inclusion of both intellectual and emotional aspects.
