Inclusive Innovation in Higher Education Evidence on Entrepreneurship and Sexual Diversity

Abstract:
This study examines whether sexual orientation predicts entrepreneurial intention among Mexican university students and whether perceived discrimination support networks and access to resources moderate this relationship. Using a cross sectional survey of 477 undergraduates and statistical analyses including factor analysis t tests and multiple regression the results show no significant differences by sexual orientation while access to resources has a positive direct effect supporting inclusive innovation policies in higher education.
