Abstract: The authors conducted a comparative analysis of the opinions of the target group of respondents to assess the results of implementing the state integrated information system of precious stones, precious metals. The results of the analysis are summarised, conclusions are formulated, proposals are developed that take into account the interests of both business and consumers, and in general, contribute to the implementation of an effective state budget policy.
