Abstract:
The approach of lean management of innovative research and development (BIIIR) is presented, a significant part of which is a systematic objective assessment of the level of readiness of the project for commercialization. The role of the research executives and the independent working group (TRL-committee) in the implementation of the BIIR principles is shown, practical formats for expert assessment of development readiness levels are given.
