Development of integrated communications management technologies in Internet projects

Abstract: The article is devoted to modern problems of project management in the online sphere. At all stages of a digital project implementation - the development of the idea, concept and design of interfaces before the development of the Internet resource, the organization of marketing communications and of the project monetization - it requires the development and application of interactive technologies, new design methods and tools specific to the Internet industry. The specificity of management in the online sphere allows not only to develop an Internet project concept, but also to plan and optimize the project in terms of time and resources, to monitor the progress of the project, to assess its risks, and finally to identify key project participants, distribute their roles competently in the project team. In this connection, research in the field of integrated communications in the course of development and implementation of projects on the Internet is of particular relevance.
