The legal entity as a subject of constitutional rights in the Russian Federation

Abstract:
The article deals with the issue of constitutional legal regulation of legal entities. The subject of consideration in the article is the lack of statutory regulation of legal persons in the Constitution of the Russian Federation. This article reviews the status of legal persons in the RSFSR Constitution of 1978 and the current Constitution of 1993. The particular attention is paid to the role of the Constitutional Court in eliminating the gaps in the legal regulation of legal entities in the current Constitution of the Russian Federation. The article describes the experience of the constitutional rights spreading to legal entities in foreign countries.
