Current issues of transformation in personnel training in organizations

Abstract: The article presents results of the study conducted by the author in the transformation of staff training in modern conditions. It identifies the main factors that determine the need for the transformation of staff training in organizations. Following the analysis of statistical data, expert opinions and survey results of consulting companies on the research topic the author identifies the basic trends in the development of training systems, describes the issues of introducing new teaching methods and formats into the practice of domestic organizations, and also showes how to solve them.
