Features of the implementation of online educational courses in the multilingual and multicultural space

Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis and practice of creating and applying mass open online courses (MOOC). Relevant features of the implementation of mass open online courses in multilingual and multicultural educational environment are discussed. It is shown that basic MOOC technologies, Web-2.0 capacities in the first hand, have an impact on the traditional and innovative didactic methods used both in distance and traditional education.
