Issues of delimitation distinction and application of norms providing for the implementation of the right to bank and commercial secrets

Abstract: The article examines the institutions of banking and commercial secrets in the context of the application of the rules that govern the concepts. A distinction is made between the spheres of application of banking secrets and commercial secrets, gaps in legislation are identified and ways to eliminate them are proposed.
