Good faith in transactions for the disposal of property in common joint ownership

Abstract: The article discusses the application of the principle of good faith in transactions for the disposal of property in common joint ownership in order to protect the rights of a co-owner, whose consent to alienate the property was not obtained, and a bona fide acquirer who did not know and could not know about the absence of such consent.
