Financial sector personnel. State and new competencies changing the environment

Abstract: The article analyzes general and specific trends in the provision of personnel in the financial and banking industries. The article notes that the basic issues are the aging of personnel in the financial industry and the lack of modern digital competencies among those employed in the financial industry. The analysis allows concluding that more than half of financial organizations are actively developing cloud technologies and their own information software services. Such trends made it possible to identify the general trend in demand for qualified specialists in the field of programming. In the article, the author highlights the leading challenges for training personnel in the financial industries, challenges in the field of personnel management, and the necessary strategic competencies that contribute to the competitiveness of personnel in the financial sector.
