Digital human resources management tools in the modern world: from automation to strategic partnership

Abstract: The paper examines the evolution of digital tools in human resource management, from solving HR process automation problems to their transformation into a key element of strategic partnerships between employees within an organization. It analyzes modern digital HR technologies, including the use of artificial intelligence, big data analysis, the introduction of cloud platforms, and various services for effective interaction between employees, which are transforming the processes of recruitment, onboarding, assessment, training, and motivation. Particular attention is paid to the transition of the HR function from an administrative role to that of a strategic consultant capable of influencing business decisions made using innovative methods and techniques. Research demonstrates that the implementation of digital solutions not only increases the efficiency of HR processes but also improves the quality of human resource analytics, predicts HR risks, and creates individual employee development trajectories. The paper highlights the key advantages and disadvantages of applying digital technologies in organizational business processes, which allow one to assess the risks associated with the transformation of human resource management in the digital economy.
