Abstract:
This article presents a theoretical and legal analysis of the system forming role of the Constitution in the Russian legal system, considers problems of inconsistency with the Constitution provisions of some other sources of Russian law and legal position of the constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on the issues of understanding certain provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
