The bank deposit contract development in the Russian legislation

Abstract: The article analyzes the legal nature of the banking legislation development and in particular the origin of the Deposit agreement and models of the interaction for Bank-client. Special attention is paid to the evolution in the formation of the concept and content of the Bank Deposit agreement and its application.
