Abstract:
The article is dedicated to the research of most common situations in the relations of banks with other legal entities that entail such consequences as the must for one of the parties to the bank account agreement apply civil liability norms to the counter party. Special attention is paid to the causes of the necessity for taking various kinds of liability measures under the contract of banking account. The possible ways of minimizing incurring liability risks for the parties to the treaty under consideration are proposed.
