The designation for living - a special element of the legal regime of living quarters as objects of private property rights

Abstract: The article characterizes peculiar elements of a legal regime for residential quarters as property right object. Features of such premises as cottage houses, hostels, apartments, used for people accommodation are revealed. Author’s definition of a legal regime of premises as an object of the private property right, based on a set of the elements connected by cross-industry characteristics of which the primary is the use of premises on the purpose is offered.
