Crisis of the World currency system as the opportunity window for Russia’s transition to the sovereign economy

Abstract: The article considers issues related to the period of the search fora new formula of the world order because of the crisis in the existing dollar system and notably an issue is about the transition to a certain new system within which key elements of the previously existing gold-exchange standard can be incorporated. In these circumstances, Russia theoretically has only a few years to use the temporary uncertainty in the West, for launching a truly sovereign model of the economy and, first of all, on the basis of a cardinal reformatting of the external economic model.
