Personality and temperament as the personnel management basis

Abstract:
Analysis of the employee’s personalities and temperaments of any collective makes a basis for the managerial solutions. Extrovertness and internalness are the parameters opening a possibility to estimate both a boss’ and an employee’s abilities. The paper deals with explanation of extrovertness (in C. Jung’s terms) using current tendencies in psychology.
