Socio-economic impacts of an uncontrolled growth of abnormal income

Olga Sergienko ()

RSUH/RGGU BULLETIN. Series Economics. Management. Law, issue 2

Abstract: The article examines the socio-economic impacts of an uncontrolled growth of abnormal earnings. It introduces the concept of abnormal earnings as an income, the growth of which is not connected with the increase in production of sold and consumed products, as well as income from inconsumable products. The author argues that the uncontrolled growth of abnormal earnings has become one of the objective reasons of socio-economic and political collapse of the administrative command economy. It may cause also the profound socio-economic crises in countries with market economy.
