Game in law as the factor of legal nihilism in Russia

Abstract: The article deals with positive and negative role of game actions in law; game elements of law and law games are highlighted; it is concluded that there is a discrepancy between the type of mind and personality appropriate for the game and the type of mind and personality commonly found in Russian national character; in the author’s opinion the Russian legal nihilism is maintained by that circumstance.
