Federalism as a basis of national unity of Russia

Abstract: This article is the third in a series of articles devoted to the problem of formation and development of the Russian model of federalism in the context of the world federalism. The author aims, as in previous articles, to show the originality and uniqueness of the Russian experience. However, the article addresses the question of the need to rethink a number of provisions from the perspective of the changing political situation in the world.
