The content and contract-making procedure peculiarities of labour contract with a teleworker

Abstract: This article deals with a new kind of labour contract in the Russian Federation - a labour contract with a teleworker. The author clarifies typical terms and conditions of labour contract, analyses the peculiarities of the contract-making procedure.
