Does the international law lose its primacy in international intercourse?

Abstract: The author deals in this article with the stance of the countries towards the International law. He points out at the implications and weakening of International law creation effectiveness and its application. He also outlines that the states give preference to their own interests and to privating the international and national ones. In that context an attention is given to the new interpretation of International law.
