Trends in the management of the educational system of the university

Abstract: In the article the results of research by the author on the problem of upbringing students, conducted in five universities of the Russian Federation in the period 2005-2015 are presented. The author mentions the reason for the need of reforming the system of management of the educational environment in the process of training of students of higher school. The article describes trends in management of higher educational system.
