Professional and educational standards in management system of the education and labour market. Russian and foreign practice

Abstract: The objectives to improve the competitiveness of the Russian economy, actualized an issue of improving the human resources and human capital development. That leads to the creation of innovative infrastructure regulation of labor relations and the educational trajectories, based on the European experience of reforms in the field of education and labor. Some means of conjugation of vocational education and training with the labor market requirements (through qualification frameworks, professional and educational standards, harmonization of certification systems and netting, as well as through supporting organizational structure) were developed at both the national and international level, what was restated in the regulatory-legal field of social and labor relations.
