Abstract:
The system of the Russian enterprise law at the present stage includes the international and internal subsystems of rules of law. In the present article the norms of international law regulating business are investigated taking into account approaches of the general theory of the right, international and enterprise law. Conclusions of this article allow the practicing lawyers and judicial authorities to use effectively norms of international law in relation to concrete enterprise legal relations.
