Abstract:
A company success means a skill of fast adaptation to changes of market conditions and to surpass the competitors by quality of production, speed of service, wide assortment and low price.Competitiveness, being one of the basic criteria of company’s activity evaluation, is not an immanent element. Management of competitiveness is a combination of actions for controlling of advantages.
