The evolution of scientific approaches to clustering subjects of the world economy

Abstract:
The international economic practice confirms that application of aclustering as an approach to improvement and development of national innovative systems was widely adopted in the economies of both developed, and large developing countries. In the current situation when mechanisms of the state support of innovative business in foreign countries change essentially, both actually scientific and practical approaches to the clustering, further organization and development of clusters change. In the present article the evolution of scientific views on clustering problems in the modern world economy is analyzed.
